These Terms of Service govern your use of DrivingTests.online and the services we provide. By making a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

DrivingTests.online is an independent service that monitors the DVSA practical driving test booking system for available cancellation slots and automatically reschedules your existing booking to an earlier date. We are not affiliated with DVSA or the UK Government.

2. The service

After payment, you provide us with your DVSA driving licence number and booking reference. We use these credentials to access your existing DVSA booking on your behalf, monitor for earlier available slots at your chosen test centres, and reschedule your booking automatically when a suitable slot is found.

The service continues until your test date is reached or you cancel. We make no guarantee that an earlier slot will be found, although cancellations occur daily at most UK test centres.

3. Pricing

The service costs £49 as a one-off payment. There are no recurring charges. Monitoring continues until your test is completed or you cancel.

4. 60-day money-back guarantee

If we have not found you an earlier test slot within 60 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim, email hello@drivingtests.online with your order details.

5. Your credentials

By providing your DVSA licence number and booking reference, you authorise us to access your DVSA account solely for the purpose of monitoring and rescheduling your existing booking. We encrypt your credentials at rest and never share them with third parties. We will not use your credentials for any purpose other than operating this service.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@drivingtests.online. If your test has not yet been rescheduled, we will issue a full refund. Once a reschedule has been completed, no refund is available as the service has been delivered.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. However, by requesting immediate commencement of the service at checkout, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once monitoring begins and a reschedule is completed.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from: failed reschedule attempts, DVSA system downtime, incorrect credentials provided by you, or changes to DVSA's booking system. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (£49).

8. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@drivingtests.online. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may seek assistance from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133) or your local Trading Standards office.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
