• UK driving licence number
• DVSA booking reference
• Test centre preferences and date preferences
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

• To access your DVSA account and reschedule your test booking
• To send you SMS and email notifications about your booking
• To provide customer support
• To process your payment

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than operating this service.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance — you provide your details so we can deliver the service you have paid for.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted in the EU. Your DVSA credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never share your personal data with third parties except where required to operate the service (payment processing via Stripe, SMS via Twilio, email via Resend).

6. Data retention

We retain your data for 12 months after your test date, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
