These Terms of Service govern your use of DrivingTests.online and the service we provide. By making a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
DrivingTests.online is an independent alert service that monitors the DVSA practical driving test booking system for cancellation slots and notifies you when an earlier slot becomes available at your chosen test centres. We are not affiliated with DVSA or the UK Government.
This is the most important thing to understand. We are a notification service, not a booking service. We check for earlier slots and email you the details. We never book, change, move or cancel your test on your behalf. When you receive an alert, it is your responsibility to log in to your own DVSA account and book the slot if you want it. You remain in full control of your booking at all times.
We make no guarantee that an earlier slot will be found or that a slot will still be available by the time you act on an alert, as cancellation slots are taken on a first come, first served basis directly by DVSA.
To use the service you must already have a practical driving test booked with DVSA. After payment you provide your driving licence number, your DVSA booking reference, your preferred test centres and your acceptable date range. We use these details only to check your booking for earlier slots and to send you alerts.
The service costs £14.99 today to get started. If your monitor is still active after 30 days, it then becomes a recurring subscription of £14.99 per month, charged automatically to the card you paid with, until you cancel. This is disclosed clearly at checkout before you pay.
You can cancel at any time, including at any point during the first 30 days. If you cancel before day 30 you will never be charged the monthly fee. The £14.99 starting fee is non-refundable once monitoring has begun, except as required by law (see section 6).
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@drivingtests.online. Cancelling stops all future monthly charges and ends the monitoring. There is no notice period.
You normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service bought online. Because our service starts monitoring immediately, by purchasing you request that the service begins straight away and you acknowledge that you may lose your 14-day right to a full refund once monitoring has started. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You confirm that the DVSA booking you ask us to monitor is your own, or that you have the permission of the person it belongs to. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We are not liable for any losses arising from: slots being taken before you can book them, DVSA system changes or downtime, incorrect details provided by you, delays in email delivery, or your decision to book or not book any slot. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@drivingtests.online and we will aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may seek assistance from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133) or your local Trading Standards office.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
